We typically have a dozen or so homes available for rent every month for you to choose from right away. 

Even though our featured rental properties tend to rent fairly quickly, it wouldn’t be a bad idea for you to at least contact our leasing department to see if we have a move-in ready home that meets your immediate needs.

In addition, we can customize a unique MLS search for all available homes for rent in Henderson, Las Vegas, Boulder City or North Las Vegas and send you a daily email of all new rental listings that fit your specific criteria for size, area, school district and price.

This service is also free, and our leasing agents can assist you with any Clark County, Nevada rental home that is featured in the local MLS.

Many renters, through no fault of their own, have also suffered during our current foreclosure crisis when landlords defaulted on their loans and did not inform their tenants.

Although we cannot guarantee any landlord will not lose their property to foreclosure in the future, we’ll do our best to pre-qualify landlords and eliminate those that are obvious risks to our rental clients.

Rental Process

How Does This Rental Process Work?

Step 1: Locate A Property:

RSI Property Management has a dedicated team of leasing agents that will help you find an available home for rent and negotiate the terms of the lease.

We can help you create a custom rental search through our interactive online MLS system, or simply email you a list of rental properties that fit your criteria.

Step 2: Complete Rental Application:

It isn’t a bad idea to gather your personal info ahead of time and have a draft application completed before you go looking for a property. Sometimes personal details, dates, employment history, addresses… can take a while to locate.

Either way, it’s important that all of your information is accurate and complete prior to submitting a rental application, especially since some property management companies won’t begin the tenant screening process until they have received a completed application.

Step 3: Tenant Interview / Screening Process:

Each landlord or property management company has their own checklist for evaluating potential tenants.

RSI Property Management uses a simple grading system based on certain criteria such as: income, employment, credit history, criminal history, rental history…

Step 4: Sign Lease / Rental Agreement:

Once approved, the final step is signing a lease and completing the initial walkthrough inspection process.

It’s extremely important that you look at all aspects of the property to make sure anything that is broken, scratched or missing is documented in the initial paperwork.
